The KILR U118-MG cell pool is a stable, engineered target cell pool, which closely reflects the heterogeneous native protein expression of tumor environments, used to measure direct cell death mediated by immunooncology treatments (e.g. checkpoint modulators, bispecifics, CAR-T, etc.) via Antibody Dependent Cell-mediated Cytotoxicity (ADCC), Complement Dependent Cytotoxicity (CDC), and Antibody Dependent Cell Phagocytosis (ADCP). This product uses EFC technology. The cell pool is a heterogeneous population of U118-MG cells that overexpress a ProLabel-tagged housekeeping gene. Upon effector cells-mediated cell lysis, ProLabel is released to the media, where EA in the detection kit produces an EFC signal proportional to the level of ProLabel released. This allows for calculation of percent lysis of the KILR cell pool. This stable cell pool is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells. The ChemiScreen S1P1 Lysophospholipid Receptor Stable Cell Line is an engineered cell line for use in studying drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) targeting GPCRs. This cell line enables assessment of ligand (e.g. S1P) based activation of S1PR1 GPCR activity via detection of increasing levels of intracellular calcium. The included cell line overexpresses S1PR1 alongside endogenous high levels of the promiscuous G protein, Gα15, coupling the receptor to the calcium signaling pathway. Upon activation of S1PR1, the resulting calcium activity can be fluorescently assayed. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells. ATCC UMCHOR1 CHORDOMA HUMAN HOMO SA
UM-Chor1 is a mesangial cell line that was isolated in 2012 from the clivus of a 64-day-old, White male patient with chordoma. UM-Chor1 is the first known human clival chordoma established. It exhibits chordoma-like characteristics and has molecular, genetic, and morphological features typical of chordoma. This cell line was established from a suprasellar lesion with solid, cystic, and hemorrhagic components. It extended along the clivus, and into the ethmoid sinuses. The resultant cultures were purified by flow cytometry and the population of cells staining positive for neural cell adhesion molecule (NCAM) were expanded as the UM-Chor1 chordoma cell line. Chordoma is a rare slow growing tumor type, and UM-Chor1 is a relatively slow growing cell line. The cells express the transcription factor T (Brachyury) that is the most specific marker for chordoma. Montana Molecular Borealis Arrestin KOR Assay - 10mL
Measure arrestin signaling kinetics in real time with the live cell, fluorescent Borealis arrestin - Kappa Opioid receptor (KOR) assay. Add the unmodified KOR and Borealis sensor to cells and measure robust signals the next day on an automated plate reader or fluorescence imaging system. This assay is genetically encoded and packaged in BacMam for efficient transduction in most cell types - including uniform and near 100% efficiency in HEK293 cells as well as expression in many primary or iPSC-derived cells. The kit includes the arrestin sensor BacMam, KOR BacMam, GRK5 BacMam, 500mM sodium butyrate in H2O, and a positive control receptor and agonist (AT1R BacMam and 5mM Angiotensin II in H2O).
